it was a hit! Might be the size of my pie pan, but 6 apples (I think I used sugarbees, since they were on sale?) was too many apples. I thought the lotus could have been more pronounced (like by spreading a layer of the lotus butter under the apples) but others thought it was great to be traditional apple pie and just have the top have lotus flavor
