yummy! pretty standard, plain bread rolls- super nice with the honey-butter glaze (added after i took the picture). a bit plain but i may have added too little salt. had issues hand-kneading the dough so i don’t think they rose as much as they should’ve, would probably be way easier with a stand mixer!! lost quite a bit of dough in the process so rolls probably aren’t as big as they should be. would look nicer if done in a glass baking dish like in the recipe but i don’t have one so this had to do 🥲🥲🥲. took a while but mostly hands-off work. would make again, but may do the alternative versions, e.g. with rosemary or cheese!
