AND ussually we put anything we like on the scrambled eggs. Basic "sofrito" has onion, garlic, pepper "aji dulce" (a sweet non spicy chili) and some herbs like coriander, parsley and chives.
May even have fresh white cheese and or jam or bacon
Tomatoes is actually not that often used, depends on the family's recipe
Ussually eaten with arepas or bread for breakfast.
