Used Sushi rice since i prefer sticky rice. the baked chicken came out bland so i added soy sauce after serving which gave more favor to the sauce. After that it helped elevate the peanut butter sauce, which I used jif creamy. Perhaps adding more sauce to the chicken before baking could have added more flavor to the dish over all. Will have to try next time, it's really good and would recommend. I might try adding oyster sauce next time.
