I had a horrible time with the pie shell. I used a pre-made shell and it fell to pieces when I took it from the aluminum pan. Would have been easier with a rolled pre-made shell. It was also a little small for my cast iron skillet. Now the taste was fabulous, but I think I'll stick with my traditional pumpkin pie recipe.
