I began with preformed Frozen hamburger patties. I let them thaw partially and then added Worcestershire, dehydrated onion and garlic powder then placed them in a plastic bag to marinate and allowed them to finish the defrosting in the refrigerator. Since I could not mix the bacon into the burger mix, I put bacon on the burger. Also I used Weber Smokey Mesquite when cooking them in a cast iron skillet. They tasted like they had been done on the grill.
