Everyone in my house loved this recipe.
-I used 1/2 tsp of chili powder because I was worried about it being too spicy. It wasn't that spicy so I'd add more next time.
-I used a can of diced tomatoes mixed with green chilies. I think the tomatoes were a good addition.
-I added a small amount of cheese inside each tortilla as I stuffed them and omitted some of the cheese on top. That's just a personal preference for how much cheese you like.
-I used salsa verde instead of enchilada sauce.
