I loved this! I just used one big sheet pan, baked for 14 min stirring half way and did 5 extra min with only some of the sauce drizzled on to prevent burning. The rest of the sauce I cooked on the stove top and am going to drizzle on top right when I go to eat it. Also cooked some rice to go with it! I did not double the sauce. In the future I might make extra sauce but I think doubling would be a bit too much. All in all very delicious and love how simple and versatile this is! Will definitely make it again!
