Good. A slightly odd pallette experience to begin with I think but enjoyable once I'd got used to it! The soup/gravy is lovely. The dumplings were very firm and not at all light and fluffy like "normal" dumplings - more like veggie meatballs?! My gram flour's very old though so I don't know if they're meant to be like that or if it was well expired 🤣 tasted good though!
