Super great recipe! I use pork shoulder and cut it into 1 inch slabs to sear. Then I put the pork into my crockpot with the blended chiles and let it all simmer for about 6 hours. I added lime juice and cilantro at the end but no water. It definitely didn’t need any since I used the crockpot. I served it over rice with sour cream and shredded cheese. So delicious! One of my favorite easy to follow recipes.
