I started making this one hour before dinner time (on New year's Eve), and even though I shouted "order pizza" a few times during the process, it ended up being an amazing meal. It has a unique taste (for me). It's a bit stressful to pouch the fish as the pasta does stick, but it didn't hurt the dish.
