This was SO good!! My son said he felt like he was eating in a restaurant. We are a little wary of spicy. I only put 1/4 c gochugang but upped the ginger. Only 1 Clove of garlic but added a bit of teriyaki to the marinade. It was so incredibly tender. I added some Siracha mayo while cooking. Did add the sesame seeds. Put it over udon noodles that had been boiled in wonton broth.
