We loved this recipe. I used pork butt because it was cheaper and frozen pineapple because I forgot to buy a fresh one. I was afraid the pineapple salsa wouldn't be that great because of it but it was amazing. Definitely make the Sriracha mayo. It adds a vital of spiciness and compliments it very well.
