Made it with a side of seasoned bell peppers. Didn’t have a lot of faith in the recipe after smelling the sauce but it was delicious. I did mash up the chickpeas even though the recipe didn’t mention it. I also forgot the cilantro this time but will make again with cilantro. So excited it tasted so good and full of protein.
