This healthy treat can be enjoyed for breakfast AND dessert! These bars are made of oats, nut butter, dried fruit, and chocolate which makes it the perfect balanced bar to be enjoyed any time of day.

Ingredients
12 servings
1 cupcreamy peanut butter
almond butter also works great
½ cuppure maple syrup
1 Tbspvanilla
2 cupsold fashioned oats
i used certified gf oats for this recipe
½ cupcoconut flour
1 tspbaking soda
¼ tspsalt
½ cupalmond milk
½ cupchocolate chips
i love extra chocolate in mine so i add the full cup
½ cupdried cranberries

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment whisk your peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until fluffy, about three minutes.
Step 3
Add in all dry ingredients except for the chocolate and dried fruit and mix until fully combined, about two minutes.
Step 4
Pour your milk into the bowl and mix on low until mixture resembles a dough-like texture.
Step 5
Add in your chocolate chips, and dried fruit and mix until combined.
Step 6
Spread mixture into an 8x8" pan and bake for 15 minutes until top is lightly browned. Enjoy!
Step 7
These bars will store well on the countertop for 1 week, 2 weeks in the fridge, and 2 months in the freezer.
