One-dish
Served with buttered egg noodles and it paired perfectly.
Used sweet and spicy sausages, 1 head broccoli, 4 carrot, 3 sweet potato, 1 red pepper and 1 zucchini. Threw in 1-1.5 tbsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano.
Will make it again, but definitely reduce the salt and pepper.

I've done meals like this as my go-to for meal prep but I haven't done it in a long time. I've never done the sweet potatoe though for some reason. This is such a great combination of veggies for the sausage!! I kind of just seasoned with what I had and put a bit too much but still delicious. I'll be doing it again for sure! This made about 3-4 meals for just myself but would be more if I had made rice with it which actually sounded amazing while I was eating, next time for sure

Substituted broccoli with pumpkin, even though it made the bottom of the sheetpan a bit wet the taste was awesome and it's superquick
