Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler on the stovetop.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until it reaches soft peaks. This should take a few minutes.
