Instructions
Step 1
Mix together powdered peanut butter, water, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until completely smooth. The mixture should be thick but pourable like molasses consistency. Add more water as needed if this mixture is too thick.
Step 2
Scoop two table spoons of peanut butter mixture into each cupcake liner and smooth out.
Step 3
Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in a separate bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals until chips are melted. Make sure you stir in-between intervals or else the chips will burn!
Step 4
Fill each cup with one tablespoon of chocolate in the center of each cup.
Step 5
Scoop the second peanut butter layer on top of the chocolate and smooth or swirl the tops to flatten.
Step 6
Sprinkle with flaked sea salt (optional) and freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 20 until hardened. Enjoy! Store for 3 weeks in the fridge or 3-4 months in the freezer.
