Instructions
Step 1
First, mix together the maple syrup and tahini for the crust/crumble. Then, add the oat flour, oats, and salt. Mix to combine.
Step 2
For the chocolate fudge, melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave (30 second increments, stirring in between each) until smooth. Mix in tahini until completely combined.
Step 3
Finally, divide ⅔ of the crust mixture and press into each hole in a muffin tin. Pour the chocolate fudge mixture on top of each crust, and sprinkle the reserved ⅓ of the crust mixture on top of each cup as a crumble. Refrigerate or freeze until hardened (10 minutes in the freezer at least, or 30 min in the fridge).
