Beer Cheese Fondue

Would make again but with a darker and sweeter beer. We used a Sam Adams IPA and it was a little too bitter and hoppy.

Big hit with our friends! I used Voodoo hazy IPA and added black garlic, onion salt, and rosemary with the beer. Very flavorful. Only thing is it seized up with this cold weather so try to keep it warm before serving.

Perfect as is.

A perfect app for a party! I served it with green apple, kolbasa, pickle, mini potato and baguette. I wish I could of found pretzel mini buns to serve it with! The cheese i used; Gruyere Balderson cheddar cheese old Hot spicy gouda & chilis (it was orange) Emmental cheese (its like a Swiss) A bit of plain kraft cheddar too for balance
