Step 1
Mince the onion.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix until well combined.

Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the sauerkraut and seasoning. Put on the lid and let it simmer for about 12min stirring occasionally.
Wrap
Step 4
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with Russian dressing.
Step 5
Place the sauerkraut, pastrami, and cheese on top.
Step 6
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 7
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
