Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the crunchy crumble: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325Β°F.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.

Knead with your fingers to form crumbs.
Step 5
Place mixture on prepared baking sheet; add nuts.
Step 6
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Step 7
Cool; break into crumble.
Step 8
Place 1-2 scoops of ice cream into a shallow dish.
Step 9
Top generously with dulce de leche and crunchy crumble.
Step 10
(Freeze softened ice cream in the mold. When firm, remove from press to coat in crumbs, and refreeze)
