Step 1
Rinse the rice cakes in cold water. In a pan, add water, pepper paste, pepper powder, soy sauce and sugar. Let this come to a boil then add the rice cakes and fish cakes, then cook for about 5 minutes or until they start to soften. Add boiled eggs and onions. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add cheese, cover with lid until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
