Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie #2
Made a few changes to the Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie for today’s break-fast🍍
Serves 1
Ingredients:
10 oz. homemade coconut milk (okay okay you don’t HAVE to use homemade - but it makes ALL the difference and it’s SO easy! Check out my IGTV for the recipe!)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop collagen
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. Coconut butter
1 tsp. Maca powder
1 tsp. Ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
Pinch of black pepper
1. Blend until smooth!
PS - I almost accidentally used garlic instead of powered ginger and I would’ve been a VERY unhappy camper if I did that 🙅🏼♀️
