CHICKEN CHEESE PUFF PATTIES

Instructions

Step 1
In a shallow pan for the filling , melt the butter after melting add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
Step 2
Add plain flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Take pieces of boiled boneless chicken and finely shred.
Step 4
Add shredded chicken in a pan and season with black pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Cook for few minutes until everything well combined.
Step 5
Pour double cream and mix with other ingredients. Cook for 5-6 minutes until starts bubbling.
Step 6
For the creamy texture, add cream cheese and give it a mix. Turn off the heat and cool the filling completely.
Step 7
Take any readymade square puff pastry sheets, I'm using 5 inches square sheets.
Step 8
Cut sheets in half and add around 1 tbsp of chicken filling and cube of mozzarella cheese on one side sheet.
Step 9
Place another half on top and seal the edges with fork. Cut 2-3 slits on top. Place all prepared puff patties on lined baking sheet.
Step 10
Egg wash the top of patties and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 11
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 c .
Step 12
Take out of the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
