Instructions

Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Put the chicken into a lightly oiled baking dish. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook over low heat, stirring, about 3 minutes. Add the parsley flakes and remove from the heat. Pour the garlic butter over the chicken breasts. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken breasts are cooked through. Sprinkle with the cheese and cook until cheese has melted and is beginning to brown.
