Instructions
Step 1
Heat one tablespoon of the oil in large Skillet over medium high heat until hot. fry half of the sopes on each side until golden brown press each in the middle to shape into a bowl if necessary repeat with raining oil and sopes eggs
Step 2
Heat beans and saucepan over medium heat until warm stirring occasionally. Place chorizo in Skillet over medium heat and cook 8 minutes or until well done, stirring occasionally. Drain if necessary
Step 3
Divide beans equally about two tablespoons between each sope spread to cover. Top each with one tablespoon chorizo. Drizzle each with salsa verde and top with onion cilantro and cheese
