Instructions

Step 1
Cut sausage, peppers and zucchini into bite-size pieces. Cut onion into quarters and separate layers.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to an extra large Ziploc bag and shake to coat sausage and veggies well. At this point, you can store this in the fridge for up to 5 days before cooking.
Step 3
When ready to cook, add contents of bag to a large cookie sheet lined with foil (for easy clean up) and cook in a 425°F oven 20-25 mins., or until sausages start to brown and sauce thickens slightly. Serve over brown rice or with mashed potatoes.
