Step 1
Begin by dicing 2 strips of kimchi. You can also use scissors.

Next, slice 1/4 stalk of green onions and 1 fresh chili.

Now, make your sauce. In a bowl, mix together 1/3 Tbsp of soy bean paste, 1/3 Tbsp of gochujang, 1/2 Tbsp of gochugaru, 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil and your diced kimchi.

Over medium-high heat, start cooking your pork belly slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Once the pork belly slices are golden, add in cooked rice, the sauce, green onions and chili. Mix.

Next, crush in roasted seaweed. Mix well and press down firmly with a spatula. Turn to medium heat and let it cook for 2 minutes.
