Chicken Shawarma

It's Chicken Shawarma. You take the chicken and put it on flat bread with veggies and a sauce. If nothing falls out of the wrap when you eat it, you are doing it wrong! For best results, roast and grind whole spices. I'm assuming you are like me and do not have a rotisserie so I have included a couple different cooking methods for the chicken.B

Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
Step 2
Mix together everything except the chicken and flat bead.
Step 3
Combine chicken and yogurt mixture and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 4
Cook the chicken until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Method 1: Skewer and cook on a grill. (Best) Method 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Suspend chicken skewers from the sides of a casserole dish. Turn over when chicken starts to brown.
Step 5
Put chicken, veggies and sauce on flat bread and start cramming.
