Instructions
Step 1
Mix the butter with the 2 sugars.
Step 2
Add the egg, optional egg yolk and the vanilla extract to the well mixed mixture.
Step 3
Cream them all together until fluffy.
Step 4
Add all of the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 5
Add the 2 cups of chocolate ( any flavor will do ).
Step 6
Freeze the dough for 45 mins minimum ( I normally do 1 hour) .
Step 7
Preheat the oven at 350 F or 180°C.
Step 8
Roll the dough into balls ( the size of an ice cream scooper) .
Step 9
Bake 9 balls at a time for 15 minutes.
Step 10
Take them out of the oven and let them cool down.
