Instructions

Parmesan sauce

Step 1
Grate the garlic and cheese.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the garlic and fry for 1min.

Then add the heavy cream, cheese and seasoning. Stir well and reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for about 3min.

Crispy chicken

Step 4
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

Crack the egg into one plate and whisk. Add the flour and panko to 2 separate plates.

First coat the chicken with flour. Then dip it into the egg. Finally coat it with panko.

Heat the oil in the pan. Add the chicken and fry for about 2-3min on each side until crispy and golden brown.

Burger

Step 8
Cut the burger bun in half and toast until golden brown.

Slice the tomato.
Step 10
Spread the bottom burger half with half the Parmesan sauce.
Step 11
Top it with the arugula, tomato and chicken.
Step 12
Pure the other Sauce half on top.
Step 13
Stack the other burger half on top and enjoy!
