Instructions

Step 1
1. Put the flour, yeast and salt into a large bowl and mix together. 2. Stir in the water. When everything looks craggy and lumpy, stir in the 2 tbsp of oil. 3. Using your hands gather everything together into a doughy mass. 4. Knead dough. 5. Cover with plastic and a tea towel and leave in a warm place to double in size. (About 1 hr) 6. Repeat steps 4 & 5. 7. Divide the dough into portions. Rest in balls. 8. Roll out and put toppings on.
