Instructions

Step 1
Preheat 375 degrees. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Layer turkey, cheese, and broccoli in a 9-inch pie dish. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, cashew milk, salt, and pepper with a fork. Pour over turkey, cheese, and broccoli. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
