Instructions
Step 1
In a medium/ large pot boil water with salt to taste, when it's boiling add the pasta and cook according to pack instructions.

In a large pan (or cast iron pan) add the olive oil, when it's hot add the chopped onion until it turns transparent then add the mixed garlic and sautรฉ for a couple of minutes.

Add the tomato paste to the mixture you did before and let it simmer for about 4-5 min add salt and pepper to taste

Add the heavy cream and the vodka, mix to incorporate everything and simmer in medium heat for 2-3 min add basil to taste and mix to incorporate.

Add parmesan cheese, butter and pasta water to your liking, simmer until you have a creamy and soft mixture
