Black bean avocado quesadillas

I combined two different recipes to make this one, and it’s delicious! The actual garlic clove and onion are not required, but put more of the powders in if you don’t have them on hand. The avocado is also optional, though it’s my favorite with it. Salsa optional as well, but add more taco seasoning if you don’t use it.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except tortillas and mix together.
Step 2
Put one tortilla in a pan and spoon mixture onto half of it.

Step 3
Fold the tortilla in half over the mixture and cook on both sides until cheese is melted, a couple of minutes total.
Step 4
Repeat with each tortilla until mixture is gone (or save and freeze mixture if you won’t eat it all at once).
