Step 1
Put the oven on 220’C.
Step 2
Get out a triangle and line a tray with foil and a good quantity of oil. Get out a white chopping board, bowl for rubbish, grater and sharp knife

Whilst the oven is heating up, prepare your bread if necessary.
Step 4
Place all your bread slices on your foiled & oiled tray. Rub your bread in the oil and turn over (the side you don’t want to use for cheese is on the top)
Step 5
Cook on one side for 5 mins or until lightly toasted.
Step 6
Prepare your toppings
Step 7
Remove the tray from the oven and place on a triangles to rest.
Step 8
Turn your bread over
Step 9
Spread the tomato puree/ sauce onto your bread.
Step 10
Top with your cheese and toppings.
Step 11
Place all the pizza toasts on the foiled tray and cook again until the cheese has melted
