Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl or food processor combine all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined
Step 3
Place mixture, covered, in refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour
Step 4
Mold mixture into 12 or 16 equal sized meatballs
Step 5
Heat olive oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat
Step 6
Cook meatballs 6 to 8 at a time until the internal temperature on a thermometer reads 165°F. Remove to plate with paper towels and cook remaining meatballs.
Step 7
Serve with brown rice or side of choice.
