3Burger Buns
6 tspMayonnaise
2 Tbspvegetable oil

3 Tbspgreek yogurt
1 tspsugar
1 tspmint sauce
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
1 tspFresh Coriander

1red onion
medium, thinly sliced

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add in the onions.
Step 2
Cooked onions until caramelised should take around about six minutes, as you cook the onions use your spatula and chop them up into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Next, add the Cumin seeds and fennel seeds, the Methi and cook for a further minute. Turn off the heat in allow to cool.
Step 4
Add the minced beef to a bowl, along with 20 g of your freshly chopped coriander and mix well.
Step 5
Next add in the spices, the tandoori masala garam masala, paprika and curry powder, and mix well into the beef. Season with salt and pepper and add the tomato purée and mix well add in the onion mixture and mix well. Ensure everything is well combined.
Step 6
Divide the minced mixture into six portions.
Step 7
Roll into round balls and then flatten out into the wide patties cover and leave to rest.
Step 8
For the sauce, add 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt, into a bowl, adding 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of mint sauce, and a tablespoon of chopped coriander. 1tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, now mixed until well-combined cover all in place in the fridge.
Step 9
Heat a pan, slice your burger buns in half and spread 1 tsp of mayonnaise onto each bun add the buns mayonnaise side down into the pan and allow to toast, you may need to add some pressure to the buns to ensure they cook evenly, once toasted remove from the pan.
Step 10
Heat a pan until very hot, then add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add in your patties and leave to cook. Do not move them around in the pan after 3 to 5 minutes check the Pattie, It should be nice and caramelised turnover and cook for a further one minute on the other side.
Step 11
Place a slice of mozzarella on top of one of the patties and add another Pattie on top of the cheese.

Add a tsp of the yoghurt sauce onto each side of the buns
Step 14
Add onto the sauce slices of onion and sprinkle 1 tsp of coriander leaves on top. Place the lettuce on top followed by a slice of tomato.
Step 15
Add on the patties, add onion more coriander and tomato and place the top of the bun on top.
Step 16
Serve with fries or wedges, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
