Lightly beat eggs with Tiger Sauce. mix with Buttermilk

Dip tenderloins into egg mixture

Then dredge through flour - shake off excess, repeat.
Step 4
Heat oil to 350 degrees in fryer. Add tenders to fryer basket in small batches (4 - 5) for 6 - 8 minutes or until juices run clear
