Instructions

Step 1
Prep cilantro and lime
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat
Step 3
Add 20 oz pork and 2 tsp garlic. Cook until browned
Step 4
Add 4 tbsp of hoisin sauce, 2 oz gochujang sauce and half a cup of water cook until thickened
Step 5
Turn off heat and stir in 3 oz cashews with lime juice
Step 6
Make coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper
Step 7
Assemble and enjoy
