Instructions

Step 1
Light the oven to 170’C
Step 2
Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper
Step 3
Cream (beat together with a large white spoon) the butter and the two sugars until light and fluffy
Step 4
Beat in the egg and vanilla
Step 5
Add flour, baking powder and additions. Stir until fully combined
Step 6
Put heaped teaspoonful’s / roll into golf balls onto the tray – leave space between. Slightly flatten
Step 7
Bake for 10 - 15 mins. They will be golden brown but soft – leave on the tray for 5 mins and they will firm up.
Step 8
Transfer to your container when the cookies firm up and cool
