Instructions
Step 1
Put your oven onto 200’C and line a tray with foil and oil well.
Step 2
Grate your potato.
Step 3
Squeeze out all the excess water and put the potato in a large bowl.
Step 4
Finely dice your onion – add to the bowl.
Step 5
Add the flour, the eggs and the salt and pepper
Step 6
Mix with your hands so everything comes together
Step 7
Shape into hashbrowns onto your prepared tray
Step 8
Spray with oil
Step 9
Cook for 25 mins until golden brown
