Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190C Line a baking tray with foil and grease with oil.
Step 2
Weigh 200g’s of flour in a large bowl and add the salt and yogurt.
Step 3
Stir until fully combined
Step 4
Knead for about one minute on the kitchen side until a smoother dough is formed. (you may need extra flour for this)
Step 5
Split into eight separate pieces.
Step 6
Roll each piece of dough into a ball. Press a hole through the middle with your finger.
Step 7
Place all of your bagels onto the prepared tray.
Step 8
Brush the top of your bagel with milk or egg and top with your chosen topping.
Step 9
Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
