I guess it's really true...you can air fry anything! When you have leftover rice, fried rice is a must! This air fryer chicken fried rice is so simple to make and is the perfect side dish or quick meal. I had some leftover chicken which was a great add-on, but you can add any additional proteins or vegetables you like too!

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl add your leftover rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, and oyster sauce. Mix together.

ginger powder2 tsp
oyster sauce1 Tbsp
Step 3
Add in your scrambled eggs and half of your green onions. Mix everything together.

In an oven safe dish or disposable tin, add your mixture in, making sure to spread evenly.
Step 5
Air fry at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Step 6
Optional: If you are adding a cooked protein, add that in the last 5 minutes while you are doing your final stir.

Remove from air fryer, letting cool for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with remaining green onions and enjoy!
