Instructions

Step 1
Put the oven on 170degrees Put in the quorn sausages on some foil Coleslaw - 1 small red cabbage needs to be shredded, you can get a lot out of 1/2. Use a sharp knife and create thin strips. Doesn't need to be perfect Carrot- I used two small carrots, used the peeler to create strips Pepper- dice the pepper. Add about 6 turns of salt from the grinder, or 2 heaped tsp Add lots of pepper Use your hands to mix the ingredients in a bowl Add about 500 ml of single cream Mix again with a fork or your hands Put foil or a plate over it and put it in the fridge Sausages- I baked quorn sausages and used 3. But you can use any protein really, it will still taste nice whatever you choose Wrap- I recommend a large wrap. Put the grated cheese in the middle first. Then the coleslaw on top of the cheese, then the sausages. Salad cream/mayo on top of that. Lift the bottom edge up then fold in the sides. wrap the bottom half in foil so you eat the wrap without much hassle.
Step 2
The coleslaw will last a few days
