Instructions
Step 1
Stir together quinoa, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in medium saucepan and put on medium heat covered
Step 2
Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally, then reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer about 15 minutes until quinoa had soaked up lost of the liquid.
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir in pear and Almonds.
Step 4
Serve with a drizzle of almond milk.
