Instructions
Step 1
boil milk (or water). keep half a glass of cold milk on the side. keep softly stirring so the milk doesn't stick.
Step 2
while waiting for the milk to heat up,
mix the corn starch in the glass. add the rose water there as well. you can also add some cardamom here or in the next step. (or add condensed milk. keep stirring it so it doesnt stick to the pan. add the rose water here or next step)
Step 3
when softly boiling, add the sugar and dissolve it. add the mixture in the glass. (or just when it boils turn fire low and add corn starch and stir)
Step 4
stir and cook until preferred thickness. add to bowls and put some cinnamon on top
