Instructions

Step 1
Make crust in food processor, make sure all ingredients are as cold as possible. Add all ingredients but the water, pulse a few times and add water a little at a time until it somewhat comes together. Don't over mix. Roll out on a flowered surface, i put mine in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then pre bake for about 13 min at 425°. Cook about 8 slices of bacon until crispy and add to your pre baked crust. Add the grated Swiss cheese and chopped green onions to crust. I usually use my hands and spread things evenly in the crust. Mix eggs, cream, salt, sugar and pepper well. Add over ingredients in the crust and bake at 425 for 15 min. Turn stove to 350° and bake for another 50 to 60 minutes.
