Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat skillet over high heat. Add pork. Cook, crumble and stir until pork is no longer pink. 2. Add ginger, garlic, onion and cole slaw mix. Stir fry with pork about 2 minutes until vegetables are wilted. Stir constantly off heat to blend all ingredients well about 1 minute. 3. Spoon equal potions of mixture into warm tortillas. Garnish with cilantro. Roll burritos. Serve.
